I must say, I don't remember if it had a scent. I took this photo a couple of years ago in the gardens at the Hearst Castle. Most roses now-a-days don't seem to. I grew an apricot colored rose in my last house that had a lovely aroma - it was called "Just Joey", I think. We don't grow roses now because the deer think they are dessert!
That is so delicate, it is almost like flesh. Does it have a scent?
